Metro Lunch $18 (Minimum 15 people)
A Marinated Broiled Boneless Breast of Chicken, Grilled Vegetables, Curried Israeli Cous -Cous, Spring Green Salad,  accompanied by a combination of Chocolate Tuxedo Gateau and Fresh fruit Salad (Healthy Choice)  (First Most Popular Choice by Guests as it cover vegetarians and vegans)

Broiled Sesame Chicken
A Broiled Boneless Breast of Chicken marinated with Soy and Sesame Sauce Served on Chow Mien Noodles includes Mixed Green Salad, Desert and Water and Soda.


Thai Barbecue Chicken
Boneless Chicken Breast marinated in a Thai Barbecue sauce and accompanied by a tasty Banana Salsa Served on Thai Noodles includes Mixed Green Salad, Desert and Water and Soda.


Apricot Glazed Chicken
Grilled Chicken Breast glazed with Apricot Preserves served over Cous Cous with Grilled Pineapple includes Mixed Green Salad, Desert and Water and Soda


Dijon Basil Chicken
A Chicken Breast marinated in fresh Basil and Dijon Mustard with Red Pepper Coulis, Garlic Bread Croustade includes Mixed Green Salad, Desert and Water and Soda


Cajun Grilled Chicken
A Boneless Breast of Chicken marinated in Cajun Blackened Seasoning served with Red Bean Pilaff Rice, Siracha Caesar Dipping Sauce includes Mixed Green Salad, Desert and Water and Soda
