Reserve a Table

Employers can request a table for recruiting purposes in our Campus Center. You are able to reserve a recruiting table for up to two days per academic quarter. Tables are a hot commodity; they are often reserved 4 to 5 weeks in advance, so plan early. Be advised Fridays are low-traffic days. High-traffic times are usually on Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you would like to reserve a table, please complete the following steps:

  1. Read our recruitment policy to make sure that your company is eligible to recruit on the De Anza campus.
  2. Complete the form below. Fill in all areas, as we will need this information to confirm your registration with the Student Activities office.
  3. On the day of your visit, park in one of our student lots in a space with white lines. Plan to purchase a parking permit at the vending machines located in the parking lots. The cost is $2.00/day.
